Gloria Crestview is listed. Other Dholera and Ahmedabad land can be reviewed on enquiry.
JB Realcon Pvt. Ltd. has worked the Dholera story since 2009. The offer is plotted land and bulk parcels in Gujarat’s notified growth region — not a slogan around a vacant field.

PREVIEWA land setting in the Dholera region, held for a fuller project brief.
View development →The published case is tenure in Dholera, a briefing room that can show the city in 360°, and three ways to enter land: allotment, joint venture, or channel partnership.
JB Realcon dates its Dholera work to 2009 — the conception years of the Special Investment Region — rather than to a late marketing cycle.
A dedicated presentation facility lets buyers walk the city and its infrastructure story before they commit to a site visit.
Land can be taken as a direct allotment, a joint venture, or through the channel-partner network, depending on the brief.
The published mandate is minimum bulk land inside Dholera SIR, the Lothal Area Development Authority, and the Free Zone of Dholera and Lothal.
Dholera SIR is the industrial city. Lothal is the heritage and LADA catchment. Ahmedabad remains the urban counterweight. Inventory is concentrated in the first two; the third is an operating region.

A planned greenfield city on the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor. The first activation area is 22.54 sq. km, with underground utilities, a command centre, and a defined industrial-to-residential mix.

The National Maritime Heritage Complex is planned across about 400 acres, with a stated 2026 completion in JB Realcon's materials, beside the older Harappan port town.

JB Realcon continues to operate from the Ahmedabad region. Specific Ahmedabad inventory will be listed here when it is released.
Airport, metro, semiconductor, freight and Lothal are not amenities inside a layout. They are the regional programme that makes a Dholera plot a city plot.

A new cargo and passenger airport is part of the communication-stage programme. JB Realcon's 2026–2030 briefing lists the airport among the region's mega projects, with a fully operational target in that window.

School, food court, healthcare, canal parks and the ABCD precinct belong to Dholera’s public city, not to a private clubhouse list. Gloria Crestview sits inside that grain.

The 2026 briefing compares Dholera’s stated land-entry range with later-stage cities. It is a timing argument. It is not a guaranteed return, and it is not a live price list.
Dholera SIR is shown at ₹8,000–10,000 per sq. yd., against much higher stated entry tickets in Gurugram, Navi Mumbai and Dubai. Treat this as a briefing comparison, not an offer.
The argument is timing: Dholera is still assembling airport, metro and industrial campuses, while some compared cities are already in a construction or completion stage.
The same chart cites ₹2,50,000 Cr of expected investment and 5,00,000+ jobs by 2030 for the region. Those are SIR-scale figures, not project-level commitments.
Fifteen years in Dholera, a 360° AR/VR facility, and a PDF that can be downloaded and checked. Leadership biographies are not published here yet; the public record is the work on the ground and the developments listed above.

Review Gloria Crestview and the Dholera briefing, then send your preferred location, plot size and purpose. The team will respond with what is currently available, including joint-venture or channel-partner routes where relevant.
The published focus is Dholera SIR, the Lothal Area Development Authority, the Free Zone of Dholera and Lothal, and the Ahmedabad region.
The conversion-stage record includes ABCD, ABC School, Tent City, trunk roads, water and power plants, and multiple town-planning schemes. Metro, airport and expressway works are listed as in progress in the communication stage (2023–2030).
No. Those ranges appear in JB Realcon's Why Dholera briefing as a market view of the communication stage, not as a committed return. Land remains a long-horizon, illiquid asset.
Yes. Book a visit, or ask for the 360° AR/VR presentation of Dholera at the JB Realcon facility.
Plot sizes, city facts, and what is still unpublished — without a sales script.

Enquire with a location, size and purpose. Site visits and the AR/VR briefing can be arranged from the same note.
