How the form works
On submit, your browser fills a mail to hello@jbrealcon.com with name, email, phone if given, interest, and message. Nothing is written to our servers at that step. If you cancel the mail, we never receive it.
What we use a sent enquiry for
To answer you. That includes availability, a site visit, the AR/VR briefing, or a joint-venture or channel conversation — the purpose you named. We do not sell the note, and we do not use this website to profile you for advertising.
What we do not collect here
- Accounts, passwords, or a buyer login.
- Payment cards or bank details.
- Identity documents or KYC through this site.
- Precise location, or a marketing cookie that follows you.
- Advertising or analytics tags such as Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel.
Technical traces of a visit
The host that serves these pages may keep ordinary web logs — IP address, browser, and the address requested — for security and operation. We do not use those logs to market land.
The site typeface Manrope is requested from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address for that file. Other type is served from this site. Downloading the Why Dholera PDF does not ask for a name.
Who else sees a sent mail
Your mail provider, and ours, carry the message in the ordinary way email works. We have not connected this form to a third-party CRM or form host. If a later conversation moves to a visit, documents, or a sale, that is a separate exchange — not something this website stores.
How long we keep it
A sent enquiry lives in the mailbox for as long as we need it to continue the conversation, and for a reasonable period after in case you write again. There is no customer database on this website to purge. To have a particular mail removed from our desk, write to us and say which address and date to look for.
Your requests
Email hello@jbrealcon.com to ask what we hold from you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete the correspondence. Name the address you wrote from. This site is meant for people considering land, visits, or partnership — not for children.
Changes
If we start storing enquiries on a server, add analytics, or collect anything beyond this form, this page will say so. Until then the record is the mail you send.
